Talitha undertakes all forms of family law work. She has skilfully unravelled complicated financial cases involving assets abroad and has advised clients on a significant number of relocation cases, child abduction cases and protective orders. Talitha has also advised on pre-nuptial agreements and matters relating to unmarried clients including applications under the Trusts of Land and Trustees Act and Schedule 1 of the Children Act.
