Nina Benaim

Nina Benaim is a Partner at Moss Fallon. Nina specialises in all aspects of family law including resolving financial issues in divorce and private law children matters (both Section 8 and Schedule 1 claims). She has worked for a diverse range of clients including a number of high profile individuals.

Nina is highly experienced, approachable and supportive and as such builds and maintains trusting relationships with clients.

Nina graduated from the University of Leeds with a Law degree following which she completed her training at Mishcon de Reya in 2010.

Nina is a member of Resolution, an organisation which believes in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters and campaigns for improvements to the family justice system.

Outside of work, Nina enjoys spending time with her family.
