Gemma Wilkinson

Gemma qualified as a solicitor in 2007. She began her career at Clifford Chance LLP and qualified into commercial real estate where she acted for high profile and prestigious institutions on complex acquisitions, disposals and property development issues.

After several years of practising in the commercial sphere, Gemma decided to retrain in family law and joined the Moss Fallon team in June 2015. Gemma was promoted to partner in September 2018 and became head of the London office in August 2021.

Gemma’s experience extends to all areas of family law including divorce, children, financial applications and settlements. Gemma has also acted for a number of unmarried clients and specialises in pre-nuptial agreements, ToLATA claims and claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989. She has acted for a diverse range of clients including high net worth individuals and is compassionate and approachable. Gemma is committed to excellent service at all times and passionate about achieving good outcomes for the clients she acts for.

Aside from the law, Gemma enjoys travel, skiing and cookery.
