Emma Kristensen
Emma studied Law at Exeter University and after a period of time working and travelling abroad, commenced working for several years at Shoosmiths Solicitors in Basingstoke within their serious injury department. She qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2005. She then moved to London to work for Rollingsons Solicitors as a senior claimant personal injury lawyer undertaking high value, complex injury and liability cases for a mainly trade union client base. She gained a special interest in handling psychiatric and brain injury cases but also dealt with medical negligence, disease and employment and public liability matters. More recently, Emma decided to retrain into Family Law and transfer the skills gained in civil litigation as well as client care to continue to assist and support people who find themselves in emotionally difficult situations. Emma has worked at Marlborough Law Ltd within their family law department handling a varied case load of divorce, financial dispute and children matters and joined Moss Fallon in 2020.
Emma's spare time is mostly spent caring for her two children but she also enjoys equestrian sports and travelling.
